On average, U.S. employees spend 3 hours a week actively dealing with conflict. Ever have a colleague overstep their boundaries? Had intense debates over priorities with another department? You know that conflict management is an important part of your job.

This is controversial, but here it goes: Compromising isn’t always the best tactic to deal with conflict.
