We will begin our work together by gathering some key data points. Depending on how you’d like to grow as a leader, we may do 360 interviews, capability and preference assessments, and communication reviews. From there, we will prioritize working on the areas that will bring you the greatest impact. Every client is different, but typically there are 3 to 5 main areas of development along with some more spontaneous issue problem-solving.
Most of our clients continue to work with us over years as their business grows and evolves. We are there to support you and think through big issues as a non-judgmental partner. Since leadership development takes time, our shortest engagements are about 6 months.
